Irina Moin specializes in corporate and business law, with a focus on financing transactions at all levels, commercial and residential real estate (including large single and multifamily developments), and regulatory and transactional matters for cannabis operators.

 

Licensed in New York and New Jersey, Irina brings a decade of Wall Street experience, where she advised multinational and domestic investment banks on complex corporate matters, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. With a background as in-house counsel for top-tier investment banks, she offers commercially focused advice on trading, financing, and derivatives documentation.

 

In recent years, Irina has worked closely with small businesses, providing counsel on mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, contract negotiations, and various commercial transactions.

 

Irina holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the City University of New York – Baruch College and a J.D. from New York Law School, where she was an associate at the Center for Financial Services Law. She is a member of both the New York and New Jersey Bar.
